Advertisement Policies:

All artwork, layout, and design remain the sole property of the Pennysaver. Reproduction of advertisements in whole or in part is strictly forbidden. The Pennysaver will not be responsible for errors in advertising beyond the cost of the space occupied by the error. The publishers reserve the right to cancel any advertisement at any time. The publisher reserves the right to accept, edit or reject any advertisement. The Pennysaver assumes no responsibility for photographs, drawings or other materials left in its possession, although every effort will be made to return them in good condition.

Liability:

Each advertiser and/or advertising agency assume all liability for advertisements published (including illustrations, text, claims, etc.) and agree to assume any and all responsibility for claims occurring therefrom against the Pennysaver. Adjustments due to error must be requested not more than one week after publication date. Credit adjustments will be on first insertion only. Publisher's liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertisement shall be limited to the amount actually received by the publisher. The publisher shall not be responsible for any consequential damages suffered by any party.
